Diagnosis / Evaluation / Quote – The evaluation of your data is ALWAYS free and is followed by a written quote with a full explanation of the charges. Typical turnaround is 1 business day (3 hours for expedite).

Data Recovery – Once we have received your approval to continue with the recovery, your drive or media will be moved directly to our recovery process.

• Clean Room – If the drive has sustained a physical failure, it will be placed in the clean room. One of our experienced technicians will work with the drive to secure your data.

• Software Recovery – Once the drive has been stabilized and is functioning, we recover the data and verify that it is valid.

Final Approval – Once your data has been recovered, we will send you a complete file listing for your review and approval.

Return Your Data – We can return your data on another hard drive, pen drive, or CD/DVD.
